1. Sales
B2E channel:
- Manage and grow sales performance for B2E (Employee sales) and D2C (direct consumer sales) channels on [protected info]
- Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance; propose initiatives to improve revenue.
- Support the execution of bundle deals, coupons and segmented offers.
- Build, update and optimize product content (PDP images, descriptions, specifications, USPs).
- Merchandising/visibility set up on company website (price/promotion (gift, voucher)/thumbnail/banner, ...) followed campaign calendar.
- Ensure best‐in‐class product presentation and a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Solve issues of internal and external customers related to account creation, order tracking status, ... in company website.
Partnership sales channel:
- Identify and approach potential partners in strategic sectors: Banking, E-wallets/Fintech, Real Estate, ...
- Pitch and negotiate collaboration deals to tap into the partner's user base (for B2P2C) or employee base (for B2P2E).
- Analyze & Select: Work closely with Product Marketing team to identify the right SKUs for each partnership (e.g., High-stock items, New Arrivals, or High-margin products).
- Scheme Design: Construct attractive sales packages (e.g., Exclusive Bundles, Corporate Pricing, Gift-with-Purchase) that create value for the partner while protecting the company's Profit Margin
2. Operation:
- Monitor orders, payment status, and cancellations/returns of the assigned channel, collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Service and SCM (Supply Chain) teams to resolve customer and order-related issues.
- Review ordering flow and product information to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Handle other tasks assigned to enhance overall [protected info] performance
3. Project/campaign management support:
- Support D2C campaigns such as Meta livestream, new product launches, brand campaigns/activation, and special promotions, offline to online activities, ... to drive sales.
- Support to manage event/campaign execution (product sample management, event onsite execution tasks, ...)
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree, preferable in Sales / Marketing.
- From 2 years of sales experience - preferrable in D2C/e-commerce field.
- Familiar with D2C back-end system (Magento, ...) is a plus.
- KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of online channels.
- Able to deal with troubles and work under pressure.
- Aggressive and fighting spirit.
- Flexible to change conditions and possessing high level of integrity
