We're looking for 02 passionate and curious Data Analyst Interns to join our Game Design team and take part in balancing our games through data. In this role, you won't just support - you'll act as a key player in shaping game systems by analyzing player behavior, fine-tuning difficulty curves, and helping ensure a fair and engaging experience for every type of player. Key responsibilities:
- Design and balance game systems including economy, progression, difficulty curves, and rewards.
- Define success metrics and build dashboards that track player behavior and system performance.
- Analyze in-game data (retention, funnel drop-off, level completion rates, monetization KPIs, etc.) to identify issues or opportunities for balancing.
- Run A/B tests and interpret results to validate design hypotheses or system changes.
- Build predictive models or simulations (e.g., economy sinks/sources, level tuning models) to support long-term balance and scalability.
- Partner with QA and development teams to ensure balancing changes are implemented accurately and tested thoroughly.
- Contribute to feature planning by bringing a systems and data perspective into the design discussion.
