To achieve these goals, we understand the importance of building a strong Data Analytics Team, in which, the Analyst has every supporting tool that allow he/she to dive deep into our big data system, find and extract insightful information, help our business teams manage their performance and make flawless execution. Thus, the Team is seeking candidates who have strong data analytics background and extensive economics knowledge, who are eager to learn in a fast-moving environment comes along with many challenges and opportunities.
YOUR ROLE:
- Participate in many business projects as a data expert, who supports project team on making decisions based on data
- Work closely with the Engineer team to build up product's features and ensure its applicability to business
- Free to explore any statistical/machine learning models which can optimize cost, increase revenue or evaluate performance properly
- Proactively communicate with business teams to understand their needs and help them solve their problems
- Analyze data and generate useful business reports
- Build and monitor data flows between platforms
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Very good at logical-thinking and able to learn new things quickly, attention to details
- Strong analytics/statistics skills with experience working with a large amount of data (clean, visualize, extract insights, etc.)
- Have enough knowledge to fill the gap between technical and business problems
- Be confident to present the ideas and translate data into understandable documents
- Experience with using SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
- Basic knowledge on any programming languages like Python, R, Java is a plus
