We are looking for someone with a passion for data. Should you have understanding of power BI, UX & UI development or graphic design, you are strongly advantageous.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, the Data Analyst is responsible for the creation, deployment and on-going management of the company's, and the client's data.
• Ensures strict adherence to the company's Data Security and Privacy Policy through rigorous compliance to all Regulatory and Internal Controls via the adoption of Best Practice Strategies for such.
DUTIES
• Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Establish and maintains automated data processes
• Identifies, evaluates and implements external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
• Monitors and audits data quality
• Produces and tracks key performance indicators by developing and supporting reporting processes
• Liaises with internal and external clients to fully understand the data requirements
• Creates, interprets, and analyses raw data from a variety of sources into meaningful reports and presentations for the end client
• Prepares reports, data dashboards, graphs and visualizations using business analytics reporting tools to interpret trends
• Monitors and maintains security compliance in accordance with Internal and Government controls, standards, policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
• Minimum 1-year related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong in Database (SQL), SQL Server (T-SQL), Microsoft Office
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strongly advantageous: Experience in UX/UI or graphic design
• Practical experience with statistic modeling, data mining, segmentation techniques, and database design & development.
• Demonstrated experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, and other data security peripherals.
• Must have a strong dedication to customer service.

• Analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within standards (where applicable).
• Interpret guidelines and analyze factual information to adapt or modify processes in response to changing circumstances.
• Duties may require non-routine analysis, research and follow-through.
