Key Responsibilities
Own the data governance policy, classification framework, and data standards.
Own the glossary and the shared definitions process - and settle disagreements between teams.
Lead the Master Data team and build one trusted record for each brand partner, product, channel, and location.
Set up clear processes for requesting, approving, and reviewing data changes.
Build the network of Data Owners and Data Stewards across functions (Finance, Commercial, Operations, and SoCom)
Set data quality standards and response targets and publish monthly scorecards.
Work with Tech to automate data checks, syncing, and other repetitive tasks.
Own data access requests and reviews, working with Tech, Data & AI head on technical setup, and build governance into the move to Databricks.
Run the Data Governance Council and keep a record of decisions.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or analytics, with real ownership of a program.
Experience building a glossary, a master data program, or a data quality program across multiple teams.
Proven ability to hold senior leaders accountable, without having formal authority over them - this matters more than technical depth.
Comfortable working with data and cloud systems; experience with Databricks is a strong plus.
Experience with retail, e-commerce, or marketplace data is a strong plus.
Experience managing people. Fluent in English; Vietnamese is a plus.
