Job Description
Develop and maintain standardized KPI and metric definitions across business divisions.
Design analytical data models using Dimensional Modeling / Star Schema.
Develop conformed dimensions such as Product, Customer, Channel, Time and Organization.
Implement semantic layers using Snowflake views and materialized views.
Optimize data models for reporting and analytics performance.
Support a single source of truth for business KPIs and metrics.
Manage metadata, data definitions and change control.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to validate business logic and KPI definitions.
Work with Data Engineers when pipeline or data structure changes are required.
Provide standardized semantic models for BI dashboards and AI applications.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Modeling, BI or Data Governance.
Strong SQL skills.
Knowledge of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema and conformed dimensions.
Good understanding of business KPIs such as Sales, Production, Costing and Inventory.
Experience with Snowflake, including views and materialized views.
Basic understanding of BI tools and how dashboards consume data models.
Knowledge of metadata, lineage, data ownership and change control.
dbt, semantic/metrics layer or Data Catalog experience is an advantage.
Strong logical thinking and ability to communicate with both technical and business teams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Modeling, BI or Data Governance.
