We work with over 1,500 global brands across CPG, Retail, Telco, BFSI, and Healthcare.
Responsibilities
Upload and update promotion prices on Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor and control purchase price vs. selling price to ensure compliance with business rules and profitability.
Perform regular checks to validate data accuracy across platforms and internal systems.
Support troubleshooting of issues related to pricing, promotion, and vouchers.
Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on promotion details and claims.
Generate reports and provide insights on promotion/voucher performance to Data Ops Manager.
Skillset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, data operations, or relevant fields (fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are also welcome).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Seller Center or platform backend is a plus.
Detail-oriented, strong numerical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic English reading/writing is an advantage.
