Data & Platform Business Executive (English)Urgent job

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Data and Platform Business Executive to join the Data and Platform Business team as the company expands into more markets across the region. The candidate is responsible for planning and working on operations and project implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data:
- Working with customers, telco partners, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements for data product or project.
- Working closely with the product team to understand the system design and architecture for the data products.
- Assisting customers and telco partners about their data and report queries.
- Work hand-in-hand with other teams and telco partners to clear operation issues about data and reports.
- Working closely with Academy to document the knowledge for distribution and training of the internal stakeholders, telco partners and customers.
- Competent team members can expect rapid promotions to various positions within the Data Business Unit.
Platform:
- Working with a third party application partner, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements for third party applications onboarding and support.
- Working closely with the product team to understand the system design and architecture for the platform products.
- Assisting third party application partner and customers on provisioning and support inquiries.
- Working closely with Academy to document the knowledge for third party application partners onboarding.
- Competent team members can expect rapid promotions to various positions within the Platform Business Unit.
