Demand Planning Assistant Manager

• Translate forecasts into a reliable demand plan
Apply the most appropriate forecasting methods for each channel, at the necessary level of granularity. Identify changes in demand patterns and trends, along with key drivers of baseline and promotional volume changes.
• Improve forecast accuzacy and demand plan quality
Review and synthesize commercial data/market intelligence to refine the statistical forecast. Prioritize key customers and channels in times of supply constraints.
• Ensure effective execution of SnOP processes
Utilize the appropriate tools to generate the best possible demand plan. Escalate systemic issues in the demand planning process and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver demand plans on time and with accuracy in each SnOP cycle.
• Integrate demand planning with supply chain processes
Strike the right balance between forecast quality and speed of delivery, taking into account interdependencies across supply chain functions. Monitor customers' supply chain strategies and assess their impact on the demand plan.
• Evaluate financial impact of the demand plan and scenarios
Assess the financial implications of the demand plan and alternative scenarios at the appropriate level to support effective business decision-making.
