Job Description
Demand Planning for Tools, Equipment &
Machinery
Develop demand logic and demand models for tools, equipment, and operational machinery used in warehouses.
Analyze operational data, productivity, and other influencing factors to optimize investment quantities.
Regularly review, update, and improve demand models to ensure operational needs are met at optimal cost.
Cost Management &
Control
Review and assess the reasonableness of procurement requests for tools, equipment, and machinery.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure investments comply with approved plans.
Warehouse (SOC/WH) Improvement &
Equipment Projects
Plan and implement warehouse improvement and renovation projects.
Lead projects related to the implementation, improvement, and standardization of tools, equipment, and machinery across the warehouse network.
Research, evaluate, and propose new solutions and equipment to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Logistics &
Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in Demand Planning/Forecasting or data analysis; proficient in Excel and/or other data analytics tools.
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and cost management skills.
Ability to use AI for research, analysis, and presentation.
Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
Experience in Logistics/E-commerce/Warehouse Operations, improvement, automation, or equipment investment projects, or knowledge of ROI/Cost-Benefit Analysis is a plus.
PMP Certification is a plus.
