Deputy Manager - Controllership

Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Deputy Manager- Finance Controller to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:
Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and support month-end/year-end closing.
Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare tax filings, VAT reconciliations, and support tax compliance requirements.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Maintain accounting records, improve processes, and support internal controls.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or audit.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Experience in account reconciliations, month-end closing.
Familiarity with VAT filings, corporate tax compliance, and statutory reporting. .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
