- Develop strategic directions for product category growth in the Southern region; propose breakthrough business solutions to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen PSD's market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to formulate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategies and plans to ensure revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performance sales team; ensure achievement of assigned sales and operational targets.
- Establish and monitor pricing policies, sales programs, Sell-in/Sell-thru activities, and profitability performance for assigned product categories.
- Plan and implement marketing activities, market expansion initiatives, and customer programs to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, enterprise customers, dealers, and System Integrators (SI) to expand business opportunities and foster sustainable growth.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and provide periodic strategic recommendations to the Management Board.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in sales management roles.
- Strong understanding of the ICT market, system integration (SI), distribution channels, and enterprise customers.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, team management, and partner/
business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical capabilities in revenue and profit management.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with international partners
