Report to: Design & Development Senior Manager
Job Purpose: Manage overall D&D team strategy & action plans, provide orientation for training content & design development, ensure the timeline & quality of department projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop sales-driven training programs and toolkits that support daily field sales activities across distribution channels. Toolkits include selling scripts, product selling guides, objection-handling playbooks, visual selling tools, role-play cases.
Responsible for delivering, managing and coordinating training program and other projects with internal and external partners, ensuring the progress and quality of the training as required.
Participate in other tasks assigned by line manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in agency development or training, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in life insurance, is a significant advantage.
