Contribute directly to branding, digital, and print design projects with world-class execution
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering craft and creative thinking
Collaborate closely and constructively with international Writers, Project +
Account Managers and
Developers
Champion design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across deliverables
Support operations in organizing workflows, timelines, and design resources
Yêu cầu
Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1 year of leading others
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G-Suite and Slack (our internal work platforms). Knowledge of After Effects and experience using AI tools is an asset.
Understanding of agency processes and team structures
Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design
A bachelor's or master's degree in Design or a related creative field is a bonus.

In-office role from Monday to Friday in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, with some hybrid flexibility
Starting salary range between 30-40M VND, depending on experience and competency
