Core Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of designers to achieve company goals and objectives.
Manage performance and team development to ensure that the team is highly skilled and capable of delivering quality design output to our clients.
Manage the day-to-day operation and administration of the design team.
Manage resource allocation and design cost per jobs and projects.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
Functional Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of product design development, including planning, design, review, and testing.
Leading design system maintenance and improvement.
Manage the design processes that incorporate with agile methodologies.
Manage the design output of the company to ensure that our products meet or exceed client expectations and deliver high-quality design output.
