Development Executive (Mall Expansion) (HCM Head Office - 633)

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy "The customer first", we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Development Executive (Mall Expansion):
- Work location: HCM Head Office - 15F LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao, HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Report to: Deputy Manager
Job Summary: Investigate new business development potentials and research the market, while developing relationships and cooperating with external parties to create reports, proposals, and licensing dossiers in order to meet the department's and company's target.
1. Investigate business potential in assigned area and analyze new business possibility (20%);
2. Create a business feasibility study plan and report for the new potential market (15%);
3. Propose business opportunity and return of the investment plan (15%);
4. Develop good relationships with private companies or governmental bodies for developing sites and negotiate with them for Shopping Center and store development (10%);
5. Prepare legal documentation relating to location contracting, and licensing of the company (20%);
6. Constantly have a good grip on the industry trend, market trend, and consumer trend (10%);
7. Other tasks as assigned by Managers (10%).
