Mô tả công việc
As a Footwear Development & Production Coordinator, you will manage the process of footwear making from early stage to ending stage, including communicate with Departments, specialist and material suppliers and shoes factories to make transition from Tech pack to production until finished footwear delivered in details:
• Footwear specifications: Receive footwear specifications from Headquarters, analyze and send to factory, communicating between Headquarters and factory related issue on specifications from early stage to production stage.
• Samples making: Receive samples orders from Headquarters & send to factory, track & report sample making progress, join communication, meetings related to the status of the samples.
• Material Development & follow up: Communicate with material specialist on new material and track material status including all main footwear component from designing stage to production stage.
• Overall follow up development and production process at factory, coordinate to report & solve issue during the process.
Yêu cầu
• You will communicate in English language so intermediate English will be fundamental, both writing and verbal, Chinese or Vietnamese will be advantage
• At least 5 years experienced in footwear industry especially leather shoes, good computing skill especially excel, develop reports and tracking methods.
• Have a problem-solving mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong organization skills - ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a factory environment is a must.
• Work on-site at factory, location: Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh province
