DevOps Engineer (ICT)

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in DevOps, System Engineering, or a similar role, with hands-on exposure to system operations or IT infrastructure.
Hard Skills & Technical Expertise
Operating Systems & Networking: Strong understanding of Linux/Windows server administration, networking concepts such as VPC, VPN, Load Balancer, and system security.
Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Automation & Scripting: Ability to write automation and CI/CD scripts using Python, Bash, or similar languages such as Go, PowerShell, or Groovy.
Messaging & Streaming: Solid understanding of event-driven architectures with hands-on experience in Apache Kafka (data streaming) and RabbitMQ (message queuing) for building resilient, decoupled systems.
Search & Observability: Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Elasticsearch or OpenSearch for log management, full-text search, application performance monitoring, and data exploration.
AI/ML & Frameworks: Basic understanding of the ML lifecycle, including model training, testing, and deployment.
Soft Skills & Management
A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude when working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in project coordination or project management is a plus.
