Mô tả công việc
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Deploy, manage, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments (ROSA, ARO, and on-premises) to support enterprise applications.
Oversee application containerization and migration to Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency.
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Tekton to streamline software delivery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, network segmentation, compliance controls, and infrastructure governance.
Monitor, optimize, and manage cloud resource utilization to improve system performance and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver cloud-native solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
Provide technical leadership, mentor DevOps engineers, and establish best practices, documentation, and operational standards.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT system deployment and integration, with at least 5 years in the financial or banking sector.
Hands-on experience in the following areas:
AWS cloud services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, ELB, Route 53, Lambda, and networking components.
Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including installation, configuration, cluster administration, monitoring, day-2 operations, and troubleshooting.
Kubernetes concepts, including container orchestration, Pods, Deployments, Operators, CRDs, cluster networking, and related ecosystem technologies.
Managing ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift on AWS), OpenShift Dedicated, or on-premises OpenShift clusters.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible) and CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Tekton, or equivalent tools.
Cloud security, IAM, network segmentation, compliance controls, and infrastructure governance.
Experience designing, deploying, and operating highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-native infrastructure in production environments.
Experience leading cloud migration, containerization, and Kubernetes/OpenShift implementation projects is an advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
Hands-on experience in the following areas:
