Receive customer orders, review, process, and forward orders to the production department.
Maintain daily communication with the PMC department to confirm the production progress of each order.
Receive design changes from the design department, record and respond to customer requirements.
Check inventory data to ensure warehouse shipments follow delivery schedules and rules.
Arrange shipping bookings based on actual storage conditions.
Contact the logistics team and drivers to schedule vehicles for loading at the factory.
After receiving the freight forwarder's invoice and bill, organize the documents for the finance department to arrange payment.
English or Chinese can be used as working languages.
Yêu cầu
Has strong affinity and plan execution ability.
Clear logical thinking, the ability to collect, organize, analyze data, and build a planning database, sensitive to numbers, and able to detect production data anomalies in a timely manner.
Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle unexpected abnormal affairs in a timely and effective manner.
Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.
Able to handle emergencies.
Language skills English, Chinese a positive
