JOB OBJECTIVES
Responsible for setting up, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting paid advertising campaigns based on approved plans, budgets, and Line Manager direction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
- Execute approved plans, budgets, audiences, content direction, and timelines.
- Track CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and budget use.
- Adjust targeting, budgets, placements, bidding, and creatives to improve results.
- Coordinate with Content and Design teams for ad materials and landing pages.
- Run basic A/B tests and monitor accounts, billing, policies, pixels, and tracking.
- Prepare reports, flag risks, stay updated on platform changes, and support assigned marketing tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
- 1-3 years in Digital Ads, Paid Media, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Understands key metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate.
- Able to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets, coordination, reporting, and English skills.
- Responsible with budgets, data, access, deadlines, and follow-up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Technology, Software, B2B, Education, Recruitment, or Professional Services.
- Basic knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, or landing pages.
- Portfolio, campaign report, or examples showing advertising results.
