Mô tả công việc
1. Develop and Drive Digital Strategy
- Lead the development of the local digital strategy and plans.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of digital media including SEO, ASO, Paid Search, Paid Social, ABM, email marketing, Social Media community management, programmatic display marketing, DCO, Community Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
- Collaborate with brand teams to create annual local media investment strategies, prioritizing budgets based on business strategies
2. Content Management and Marketing
- Build local brand social accounts, strategy, and content management framework.
- Elevate content strategy and develop content strategists to manage various writing materials.
- Stay updated on industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
3. User Experience Excellence
- Develop and own digital customer journeys in collaboration with Comms and Brand teams.
- Implement and manage digital initiatives, creating engaging content across various channels.
- Build a strategic digital roadmap, identify martech requirements, and introduce improvements to current platforms.
- Collaborate closely with brand and colour teams on all digital platforms ( website, Dulux Connect, CRM, ecommerce...)
- Partner with global digital teams & ASEAN digital managers to advise and review digital plans for both always-on and campaign investments
- Effective content which suitable with consumer/customer journey
4. Efficiency in Digital Media and Social Media Management
- Build integrated dashboards/frameworks for measuring KPIs across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Create performance dashboards for different levels of audience and provide analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure timely centralized media planning, execution, and performance tracking.
5. Ecommerce Management
- Developing & executing E-commerce strategy: creating a roadmap for online sales growth, identifying key performance indicators
- Managing the company's ecommerce platform: manage the design, functionality & user experience of the Official Store, online promotion campaign
- Analyzing data & generating report: Store traffic, sales, customer behavior...
- Customer service & support to ensure prompt & effective resolution of all complaints.
6. Build and Manage Relationships
- Determine services needed from digital media, creative & technology partner agencies.
- Build criteria frameworks for agencies and ensure proper documentation of services.
- Build strong partnerships with leading tech ecosystems and stay updated on the latest features and technologies

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree required; post-graduation in business/management/marketing/IT/Digital is a plus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in digital leadership positions.
- Solid understanding of digital & social media, content marketing, mobile marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and martech ecosystems.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in using advanced analytics methodologies.
- Knowledge of Adobe stacks, Google, FB, Tiktok, LinkedIn ecosystems, and mobile marketing platforms.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
