Digital & Ecommerce Manager (Derma Cosmetic)

I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Create strategy & execution driving performance for Eucerin digital platform (Website, Facebook, IG, etc.)
- Co-develop digital media strategy with marketing team to enhance brand equity.
- Drive performance for Eucerin website via SEO, always-on content, and etc.
- Set up dCRM project to acquire target consumers database.
- Upgrade website to be own brand ecom website.
- Co-work with regional & global digital team to follow corporate digital direction.
ECOM
- Develop ecom strategy both short & long term to deliver business vision & mission.
- Execute plan to deliver sales & other KPIs target.
- Manage P&L within given budget.
- Utilize digital media in & out ecom platform for driving traffic.
- Build relationships with external & internal stakeholders.
- Solve daily operational issues by co-working with related functions.
- Co-work with regional & global ecom team to follow corporate digital direction.
II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
a. Education Qualification
- University Degree or Master in Business Administration
- International education is a plus
b. Working Experiences
- 5 years working experience in Digital/Ecom
- 1-2 years at management level
- FMCG experience with proven track record for Digital/Ecom

- Experience and knowledge in personal & skin care will be an advantage
- Proficient English.
