1. DIGITAL ADMIN: In charge of all Digital Marketing paperwork related to campaigns/partners/internal departments followed by the internal guidelines & processes, including:
Payment process: e-invoice, payment terms on time, following up credit limit, invoice processing, clearance settlement, etc for digital advertising campaigns with both local oversea partners.
Digital contracts/annex/appendix process: internal reviews, internal system submission, be a windows person between stakeholders such as Suppliers/Agencies and internal departments such as Legal/Accounting/Marketing, etc.
To raise internal tickets such as IT process, new vendor/suppliers code creation. - Collect and keep safe of hard-copy documentations.
To mplement current & new internal & external SOPs for DMEC team.
2. DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: Support senior members in executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns:
Set up digital campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook ads, Google ads, etc. Including but not limited to collecting ad materials, ads set up, utm tracking creation...
Follow up with vendors for execution of display and programmatic formats, closely monitor performance of vendor to ensure campaign KPIs are achieved.
Closely monitor ad performance via reporting data on a daily & weekly basis by using reporting tools such as Ad dashboard, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc
Analyze ongoing campaigns based on analytic data and proactively make recommendations on ad optimization to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
Conduct daily and weekly reports for all digital campaigns to be sent out to relevant stakeholders.

1. Background & Understanding:
a) At least 1 year in Digital Marketing with solid experience in executing different ad types, including but not limited to Social, Search, Video, Display, E-commerce, Conversions, etc is preferred.
b) Strong foundations of Marketing and/or Digital Marketing with education or professional training relating to these fields.
2. Skills:
a) Detail-oriented, ability to process data with high carefulness.
b) Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
c) Fluent English (Spoken & written) skills.
d) Strong office skills, especially in MS Excel.
