Digital Marketing Consultant (Vietnam Market)

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier in building and optimizing advertising campaigns for our customers, to support the internet giant's business customers for online marketing and campaigns on Adwords.
Job Scope:
• Communicate to customers via phone, email, or chat for any issues related to their interaction with Adwords platform
• Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions
• Manage the relationship between the internet giant and its customers, resulting in increased business by providing consultative sales solutions
• Tell us how we can be better and act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to the internet giant
