Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop & Shopee Operations: Set up and manage TikTok Shop and Shopee stores, including product listing, campaign setup, and daily operations
Content Creation: Produce short videos (Reels/TikTok) and photos using CapCut, Canva, AI tools
Social Media Management: Manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts - content calendar, posting, captions, engagement tracking
Model Coordination: Manage in-house model schedules, brief them on content requirements, ensure timely delivery of videos and photos
Quality Control: Review model content, provide feedback, maintain brand consistency
E-commerce Support: Product listing, campaign setup, and basic Shopify / TikTok Shop / Shopee operations
Overseas Marketing: Support marketing for US and international markets - campaign setup, content localization, performance tracking
Campaign Support: Ad-hoc marketing campaigns and reporting as needed

Requirements
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media - experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee is a MUST
Must know how to set up TikTok Shop and Shopee stores from scratch
Must provide portfolio or proven track record of previous successful work (e.g., store links, sales data, campaign results)
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) - you will be working with English-speaking management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) - able to show your work
Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon is a strong plus
Experience marketing to US / international audiences is a strong plus
Independent, responsible, proactive - able to work with minimal supervision
