Job Responsibilities:Plan, execute and manage creative and engaging content on e-commerce platforms to increase engagement and drive sales. Collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing content for social commerce.

Social Commerce Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
Stay informed about social media and e-commerce trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social commerce initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other emerging social commerce channels.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to enhance the online shopping experience.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social commerce.
Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product features and benefits.
Community Engagement:
Foster a sense of community among social media followers and customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Influencers:
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify social commerce efforts.
Develop partnerships and promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.

English proficiency of IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent).
Understanding of U.S. culture.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
At least 2 years of practical experience in operating on one of the e-commerce platforms Lazada/Shopee/TiKi/Tiktokshop.
In-depth knowledge of live streaming, social platforms and emerging trends. Have experience in booking KOLs/Influencers.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the field of fashion, cosmetics, accessories, gifts,...
Good English reading and writing skills.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content.
Demonstrates writing skills.
Understanding of U.S. culture.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
