We are looking for an active and energetic Digital
Marketing Executive. We want someone who does not wait for instructions but looks for new ways to help our company grow. You will use AI tools and data to find new customers and build global success.
You will be responsible for creating content, managing SEO, and connecting with potential leads.
Resource Allocation:
- 25% Lead Generation & Sales Contact: Actively finding, reaching out to, and following up with potential partners or customers.
- 20% SEO & Growth: Finding gaps in the market and making our website appear first on Google.
- 20% Creating Content: Producing high-energy videos and graphics quickly using AI tools.
- 15% Social Media: Leading our LinkedIn community, starting conversations, and engaging with influencers.
- 10% Ads & Email: Running campaigns that focus on getting real sales leads.
- 10% Data & Strategy: Checking reports to find new business opportunities and adjust plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Active SEO and Content
- SEO Strategy: Don't just track keywords; find gaps where we can beat our competitors.
- Writing with AI: Use ChatGPT or Gemini to create a lot of high-quality content quickly. You should always look for the newest AI tools to stay ahead.
- Active Link Building: Reach out to other websites and partners to build strong relationships. You will also manage and improve the professional profiles (like LinkedIn, Clutch, etc) of our company leaders to build trust and authority online.
Lead Generation & Sales (Major Plus)
- Lead Contact: Actively find and reach out to potential business leads through LinkedIn or Email.
- Public Events & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and public gatherings. You will network with attendees to build relationships and find new business opportunities.
- Event Content: Capture photos or videos at events to share on our social media and show our active presence in the industry.
- Sales Support: Use your marketing skills to help the sales team close deals.
- Funnel Optimization: Watch how users move through our site and change things immediately if they aren't buying.
Channel Management
- LinkedIn Leadership: Be the "face" of the brand on LinkedIn. Start discussions and respond to comments quickly.
- Paid Ads: Manage Google and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on getting the most leads for the lowest cost.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: 1+ year in
digital marketing- Sales Mindset: Experience in sales or contacting leads is a big advantage.
- Public Speaking/Networking: Comfortable talking to strangers at events and representing the brand professionally.
- Tools: You are an expert in LinkedIn. HubSpot and Google Ads are your advantage.
- Creative "Art-Eyes": You must have a high standard for design. You are never satisfied with "ugly" or low-quality work. You ensure every video, graphic, and page looks professional and beautiful.
- Creative Skills: You can make "scroll-stopping" videos (CapCut) and designs (Canva).
