Digital Marketing Intern at MsKÉN

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our brand MsKÉN, a fashion‐beauty‐lifestyle label rooted in Vietnamese silk, honouring art and craftsmanship. The intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content and helping elevate our brand story both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online & offline) to build brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), newsletters, website and other digital channels.
Collaborate in photo/video shoots, design support, editing and selecting visuals consistent with the MsKÉN aesthetic.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour; report insights and propose ideas.
Support event planning and coordination (in-store activations, pop-ups, collaborations, workshops).
Maintain marketing material, brand asset library and organise campaign data & reports.
Handle general marketing administrative tasks, ensure deadlines are met and assist where needed.
Requirements & Skills:
University student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Design or a related field.
Strong interest in fashion, luxury lifestyle, craftsmanship and art.
Creative mindset, good eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented and able to contribute ideas.
Basic skills in content creation: writing, photo/video editing (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, basic Premiere) are a plus.
Good command of English (reading & writing) is advantageous.
Good communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Keen on learning, responsible, and ready to take on new challenges.
IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750

Trained in the Facebook Ads and Google Ads professional course. Guided learning track for Google Ads certification.
