1. Digital Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve lead
generation & awareness for ILA business units (English courses for children, English
for adult, IELTs, preschool courses, study abroad courses, ...).
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook,
Zalo, TikTok, etc.).
• Update changes and new features of Digital Platforms (Google, Facebook, Zalo,
TikTok, ... and other digital apps/tools) to apply for ILA business units.
2. Campaign/Project Management
• Manage digital campaigns/project to achieve KPI, ensure optimal cost per lead (CPL),
cost per qualified lead (CPQL), conversion rates, ... and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative/content, PR & brand team to develop high-performing ad
copies, visuals, and videos.
• Monitor, analyze & report performance metrics across digital channels (Google,
Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, etc.).
• Use insights to refine action plan & strategies for better performance.
• Monitor administration tasks relating to Digital Marketing (Contracts, Payment...).
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Supervise and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with each ILA
business unit goals.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams (Trade, Sales,
Telesales...) to optimize the
customer journey.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams (Power BI, IT, CRM, ERP) to tracking and
reporting systems.
4. Market Research & Trends
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer
behavior insights.
• Innovate and experiment with new tools and platforms to drive lead generation.

1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related majors
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience client side & agency is plus.
• Experience in the education industry is preferred.
2. Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge & hand of experience of Google, Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok...
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Tiktok ads Manager, etc.).
• Expertise in CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Leadership skills to motivate and lead a team or project effectively.
• Multi-Tasking capability, well organized, deadlines and KPIs compliance.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• Creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
• Good in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power point.
• Good English skills in both writing and speaking.
