Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Team Leadership
Strategic Planning: Design and propose the comprehensive digital marketing plan, including strategic directions for brand building, product promotion, and lead generation across all digital channels (Website, SEO/SEM, Social media, etc.)
Brand & Content Oversight: Take overall responsibility for the brand's online presence. Ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms. Lead the team (if any) in catching up with trends and applying new technologies to optimize marketing mix
Budget & Resource Management: Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively. Oversee the allocation of resources for campaigns, tools, and vendor partnerships
2. Campaign Management & Execution
Campaign & Content Execution: Supervise the development and execution of all digital marketing campaigns
Support for Marketing events as required
Support for other Marketing programs as required
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Performance Monitoring: Define monitoring processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all digital campaigns
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from all digital channels to evaluate campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends. Prepare and present periodic performance reviews to the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director/Management Board
Competitor & Market Intelligence: Oversee the collection and analysis of competitor marketing campaigns and activities. Use insights to inform future strategies
Brand Health & Compliance:Assist in conducting periodic brand health checks. Ensure all communication materials are properly filed, and all activities comply with corporate policies and industry regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, website, email marketing)
5 years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, CMS platforms, Semrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, and social media channels
Good communication skills, both Vietnamese and English
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Working location: our manufacturing site in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City.
The company provides a shuttle bus for employees.
