► Main task
The Digital Team Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading and coordinating company-wide digital transformation
initiatives, working closely with business departments to plan, prioritize, and drive the effective use of digital technologies
as following tasks:
A. Planning and Proposing Digital Transformation (DX) Solutions
• Lead the planning and proposal of company-wide DX initiatives and annual roadmaps.
• Work with business departments to identify needs and propose appropriate digital solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs for major digital activities.
B. Implementing and Operating Digital Tools
• Oversee the implementation and stable operation of standard digital tools.
• Promote AI utilization with appropriate security and governance considerations.
• Evaluate and introduce suitable new digital technologies for business use.
• Supervise customer data platforms (e.g. CDP/CRM).
C. Data Management & Analytics
• Oversee company-wide data management and analytics activities.
• Ensure proper management of data, including personal information.
• Promote standardization and stable operation of BI and data analysis tools.
D. Awareness & Education
• Plan and drive DX awareness and digital enablement activities.
• Support user departments in expanding the use of digital and AI technologies.
E. Team Leadership
• Lead and manage the DX team, including task assignment and member development.
• Coordinate with the
IT Manager to strengthen overall DX execution.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher (major not strictly required).
• Backgrounds in business, management, marketing, data/analytics, engineering, information systems, or IT are welcome
Experience (Must):
• 3+ years of experience in DX, digital initiatives, or data utilization, either from an IT or a business department (e.g., marketing).
• 2+ years of experience leading a team or cross-functional project(s).
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to organize issues, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution.
• Basic literacy in data and AI (no development skills required), with the ability to evaluate use cases and understand risks and limitations.
• English communication skills at an Intermediate level or above, sufficient for day-to-day work (meetings, emails, discussions with expatriates).
Experience (Nice to have):
• Experience in
digital marketing, website operations, CRM/CDP, BI tools, or analytics-related platforms.
• Experience working with and managing external vendors or partners.
• Knowledge or experience related to data governance, information security, or data privacy.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-department organizational environments.
