Dipping Process Engineer

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Associate Director, Manufacturing, you will:
Process Development
• Follow up with production to build new designed process completely in compliance to LEAN concept.
• Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization.
• Work closely with Production/ Maintenance / Automation Engineer to improve tools
• Design guides, template or platform are adequately updated to reflect new methods or approaches from development or product/process transferred to support highest volume, lost cost and highest quality
• Develop and maintain dipping/ compounding process optimization and validation programs.
• Drive FPY/RTY and reduce variance in dipping process.
• Support Sourcing and QA for technical matters
Manufacturing Support
• Support to develop new document to adapt required production operations
• Create the Standard Work and guideline for production
• Support to all the change of process
• Supporting of deal with supplier due to technical issue
Others:
• Involve company activities such as Safety, Fire, Health, Team building, Audits...
• Support special projects as required.
• Participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and -
improve product performance.
• Determine process capability for all developed processes.
