The Director of Corporate Services this position partners closely with the Managing Director and functional leaders to establish a scalable organization, strengthen governance, mitigate business risks and build a high-performing organization that supports the Company's long-term business strategy and sustainable growth.
1. Corporate Leadership & Governance
- Serve as a member of the Indonesia Executive Leadership Team.
- Advise the Managing Director on organizational development, governance, compliance and people strategies.
- Establish and continuously improve corporate governance frameworks, internal regulations and management systems.
- Ensure Corporate Services functions fully support business growth and operational excellence.
2. Human Resources & Administration
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Build organizational capability and leadership pipeline.
- Oversee office administration, facilities management and corporate administration.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with VinEnergo's values.
3. Legal & Compliance
- Lead Legal & Compliance activities for Indonesia.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements.
- Review and oversee commercial contracts, corporate documentation and legal matters.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors, regulators and government authorities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
4. Corporate Operations & Business Partnership
- Partner with
Business Development, Finance, Technical and Project teams to support business expansion.
- Support market entry, investment projects and new business initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure effective collaboration between Headquarters and Indonesia operations.
5. Risk Management & Internal Control
- Develop enterprise risk management mechanisms.
- Establish internal control procedures and compliance monitoring systems.
- Ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with government authorities, external partners, legal advisors and key stakeholders.
- Represent VinEnergo in matters relating to Corporate Services.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between Vietnam Headquarters and Indonesia.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Economics or related disciplines. MBA/Master preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience and at least 8 years in senior management. Strong background in HR, Administration and Legal/Compliance. Overseas entity setup or multinational experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Corporate Governance, HR Management, Employment Law, Corporate Law, Compliance, Risk Management and Organizational Development.
- Competencies: Executive Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross-cultural Leadership, Decision Making and Business Partnership.
- Language: Fluent English is mandatory. Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
