About The Role
Nguyen Sieu School is seeking an experienced and visionary Native English Speaker with strong expertise in the UK Curriculum to join our Academic Leadership Team as Director of International Education.
This strategic leadership role is responsible for leading the Cambridge and bilingual integrated programmes, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, and strengthening the effective integration between the Cambridge Curriculum and the Vietnamese MOET Curriculum.
Detailed Job Description - Director Of International Education
Key Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in Education or related field
Strong expertise in the UK/Cambridge Curriculum and bilingual education
Proven experience integrating Cambridge and MOET programmes effectively
Minimum 8-10 Years' Experience In International/bilingual Education
At least 4-5 years in academic leadership or school management roles
Strong leadership, curriculum development, and teacher coaching experience
Passion for innovation, digital learning, and student-centered education
