Establish and maintain an end-to-end quality aligned with ISO 9001 and buyer quality manuals.
Enforce independent QA/QC authority with full empowerment to halt production lines when quality risks arise.
Implement FMEA for high-risk operations and SPC for critical variables (dimensions, stitch density, tensile strength, bonding parameters).
Deploy error-proofing for underwire, cup placement, symmetry, and labeling; manage sample approvals, PPMs, trial runs, and first-bundle sign-offs.
Set standards for fabrics, lace, elastics, underwires, and foam cups; manage shrinkage, colorfastness, stretch, and resolve supplier defects at the source.
Oversee finished-goods inspection to target AQL levels and lead 8D reporting with root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) for all complaints.
Ensure product safety and chemical compliance (OEKO-TEX, REACH), enforce metal detection, and control factory temperature, humidity, and hygiene.
Transition paper logs to mobile/tablet entry on the line, enable real-time dashboards, and pilot AI vision systems for automated flaw/label detection.
Utilize historical data to predict high-risk operations and engage during sample.
Introduce specialized jigs/guides for complex processes (underwire, binding, bonding) and establish material-to-operator traceability for rapid defect containment.
Execute 6-10 Lean Six Sigma projects annually, foster a Kaizen culture, and transform QC staff into proactive quality coaches.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Male/Female, 38 - 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Fluent in English.
At least 10 years of professional experience in garment/apparel manufacturing quality management, including a minimum of 5 years in an equivalent senior leadership position (QA/QC Director or Manager).
Direct hands-on background working with Lingerie/Underwear and Activewear/Sportswear product categories is strictly required.
Proven track record of personally leading 2-3 successful quality improvement projects delivering measurable reductions in scrap rates or overall operational costs.
