Mai House Saigon Hotel invites you to be part of something exciting as the Director of Restaurant for our upcoming Mediterranean restaurant, set to redefine culinary experience in the heart of Saigon.
At Mai House Saigon, we pride ourselves on blending timeless elegance with warm hospitality. Our concept will showcase exquisite Southern Europe cuisine, artfully crafted cocktails, and an ambiance that celebrates the richness of Mediterranean culture. As the Director of Restaurant, you will lead this exciting venture, curating unforgettable guest experiences while managing operations with precision and flair.
