Director of Sales & Marketing

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education - Bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; post graduate studies will be considered.
Work Experience -
• Proven leadership capabilities with at least ten (10) years working experience in a senior management role, multiple industry exposure would be an advantage
• Proven performance record with at least four (4) years hotel / hospitality operations experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager / Director in a full-service luxury Hotel, international assignments and pre-opening experience would be an advantage
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, lead the department's initiatives and programs to achieve revenue targets and KPIs, actively source and continually develop new revenue streams; highly effective and efficient in maintaining high level department operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expense; proven capabilities in customer engagement and retention, community, and public relations.
