Description

As TIKI continues its rapid growth, we are always seeking high impact talents. As a leader, you will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging and acquiring talents. This role will focus on articulating and executing a best-in-class recruitment strategy and selection approach that reflects our company culture, values, and success factors.

The Director of Talent Acquisition will manage a Talent Acquisition team. A successful Director of Talent Acquisition will effectively provide coaching to direct reports, contribute thought leadership across all levels, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to deliver highest productivity and success level.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic acquisition

Design, develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract diverse and qualified talent prospects, including building out a robust pipeline of potential candidates
Provide thought leadership and implement strategic workforce planning across the Talent Acquisition organisation to align our recruitment resources with the business partners' requirements
Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement and innovation
Design and implement efficient and scalable processes across all recruiting activities to deliver a consistent and productive work environment

Hiring and placement

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and building the pipeline, to screening, to interviewing, preparing offers, and acceptance
Deeply understand and anticipate the skills required by the business partners to deliver the most efficient recruiting process

Employer branding

Ensure a positive candidate experience for all prospects that encounter the brand, at every stage, from screening and interviews to acceptance
Capture and positively reflect our brand in all communication activities, including in the labour market
Manage partnerships with job boards and universities
Participate in employment branding initiatives

People development

Lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
Develop and execute to plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals

Requirements

BA/BS required
8+ years overall and 5+ years of experience specifically in technology recruiting operations and people management, a must
Mix of agency and corporate experience, corporate is strongly preferred
Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with measurable key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position
Demonstrated competence in thinking strategically, analytically, conceptually and innovatively
Willingness to be hands-on throughout daily activities
A flexible approach and ability to operate in a demanding, fast-paced, data-driven environment
Ability to prioritize requests effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Successful track record of managing, training and developing a team of direct reports
Excellent communication and presentation skills
