Mô tả công việc
- Assign jobs and guide the Operation & Customer service team to operate all Seamaster's business to meet customer's requirements.
- To comply with TOLL regulation about Compliance/ Code of Conduct.
- To build the relationship with customers to have a deep knowledge of customer needs.
- To communicate with different type/ level of people to establish a rapport with team members and other departments.
- To build the strong team and develop a positive relationship among team members.
- To establish and maintain a close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners.
- Negotiate with carriers/vendors to get competitive rate.
- Maintain good relationship with carriers/ vendors.
- Responsible for TPEB space control, ensure allocation with carriers is maximum usage.
- Responsible for all reports of Seamaster. Provide monthly analysis the fluctuation in volume, revenue, gross profit.
- Have deep knowledge about CW1 and AMS, e-Manifest, ISF, FMC and other filling.
- To avoid or reduce cost whenever possible. Check & sign job profit for every shipment to make sure billing is done correctly.
- To monitor and coach all staffs on the filing for outbound cargo to USA, Canada.
- To closely focus on the achievement of targets (KPI's) as set by the organization (continuous improvement)
- To perform above and other tasks with the goal of operational excellence and always in compliance with the company rules and regulations.
- To measure and track individual personal performance and provide the feedback to management team to improve the overall organization performance.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Branch Manager.

- Bachelor degree with experience in freight forwarding industry/ sea freight (Minimum 2-5 years)
- Strong understanding of customer service field
- Proactive as well as flexibility in dealing with irregular; trouble; urgent issues
- Strong at negotiation; communication and collaboration with internal & external customers
- Ability to take ownership of problem solving, high responsibility
- Able to work independently as well as teamwork, under high pressure
- Good organization & time management
- Can use English, MS. Offices as well as familiar with system input
