DIGI-TEXX is seeking a hands-on, future-focused DevOps Team Leader to architect robust CI/CD pipelines, scale cloud infrastructure, and support our transformation with AI/Machine Learning-ready operations.

What You'll Own & Drive
- Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
- Manage, configure, and scale cloud-based infrastructure (especially on Azure).
- Implement and maintain DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform or related tool).
- Manage centralized logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or related).
- Provision and manage development, testing, and production environments using containerization or virtualization technologies.
- Ensure 24/7 system reliability, performance, and observability across environments.
- Oversee incident response, troubleshooting, and system recovery processes.
- Drive security-first practices across pipeline, infrastructure, and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize workflows and deployment processes.
- Lead and mentor DevOps team.
Working location: 2nd Floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC
Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:50 PM, Monday to Friday
Yêu cầu
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure experience.
- Strong Linux administration (RHEL, OEL, CentOS) background.
- Expert in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure
- Proficient with automation tools (Ansible and Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus.
- Familiar with database admin (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API gateways (Keycloak, Kong, Krakend).
- Strong English communication skills (speaking).
