A, Job description:
Responsible for overseeing the operations of the import - export team across all services in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
Responsible for handling special cases and document amendments with Customs. Addressing serious customer complaints.
Ensure proper and timely allocation of tasks.
Participate in system projects as well as ensure all routes space optimization.
Carry out foreign affairs work, welcome HO delegations or VIP guests.
Performs employee performance assessment and evaluation form all members in team & report directly to Manager.
Review performance for document staffs each month.
Yêu cầu
B, The job requirements for a Doc team leader are:
Bachelor's degree, experience in related position at least 3 years and more.
Good English writing and speaking skills, Chinese proficiency is preferred.
Proficient in customs procedures, necessary document types, and relevant regulations.
Quick and effective problem-solving skills in case of unexpected issues or changes during document processing.
Serious and responsible in work, highly attentive and patient, dedicated and team oriented, with high ability to withstand pressure.
