Mô tả công việc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide accurate reports.
2. Conduct specialized pathological/molecular examinations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to discuss findings and contribute to patient management and treatment plans.
3. Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards in pathology/molecular services.
4. Supervise laboratory personnel and ensure compliance with regulations and protocols.
5. Keep updated with advancements in pathology/molecular and integrate new techniques as needed.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff and team members to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with standards.
Yêu cầu
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pathology/ Molecular Pathology.
• Board certification or equivalent in Pathology/ Molecular Pathology or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a pathology laboratory/ molecular diagnostics.
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of pathological procedures/ Expertise in PCR, RT-PCR, and advanced molecular techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
