Mô tả công việc

Generate the export documents (contracts, invoices, packaging list, country of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
Check the export contracts and files, ensure all of them conform to the legal and customer requirements, then record and file for traceability.
According to the shipment schedule, book the cargo space in advance, and arrange the logistics of goods (air, land, ocean).
Apply and clear customs, work closely with the custom brokers/custom, to ensure all the goods get shipped on time.
Track the status of the shipment, coordinate and solve all the issues happening in the process, to ensure all the goods get delivered on time.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor degree, the major is business related, logistics is a plus.
Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations.
Experience in logistics coordination, including booking and managing shipments across different transportation modes.
Familiar with the export process and applying/clear customs, US related is a plus.
Basic Chinese is a must, excellent is a plus.
At least 3 years working experience related to "document operator".
