Mô tả công việc
- Manifest Submission: Receive shipping data from an agent, verify information, and submit the E-manifest to Vietnam Customs within the regulated timeline prior to vessel arrival.
- Issuing Arrival Notices (AN): Check container lists, generate, and send Arrival Notices (AN) to consignees/freight forwarders.
- Issuing Delivery Orders (EDO): Collect and verify original Bills of Lading (B/L) from customers, check freight payments, collect local charges (THC, D/O fee, cleaning fee, etc.), and issue Delivery Orders (EDO)
- Handling Manifest Amendments: Process amendment requests for B/L information from customers or ONE load port, perform manifest amendment procedures with Customs authorities (if required) and collect amendment fees.
- Managing Outstanding Balances and DEM/DET: Verify container free time (Demurrage/Detention), calculate overdue Demurrage/Detention charges, and collect them before releasing the EDO.
- Digital Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via Email, Web, and Live Chat on Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring response KPIs are met.

Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese citizen
• Gender: Female/Male
• Graduated from universities of Economics, Logistics, Maritime, Foreign Trade, Customs and International Logistics, or related fields
• Minimum 01 years of experience in Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics operations (specifically in import/inbound documentation).
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken communication).
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Gmail); experience with CRM/Salesforce or e-Manifest systems is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Highly enthusiastic, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• High stress tolerance; ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve operational targets under high-pressure environments.
