JOB DESCRIPTION
Close Collaboration with BRP Rotax team (Austria): You will be the central interface to the BRP Engines team in Austria, ensuring a smooth flow of information and alignment of strategies and processes. Regular reporting to BRP Austria is essential. Schedules + milestone planning + ensuring the availability of work systems (machines, tools, fixtures, engineering drawings, and programs). Creation (support) and optimization of fixture concepts. Creation (support) and optimization of equipment concepts (automation, test benches, line controls, small control systems, ...).
Project Management IE at Vietnam: You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Engines line Industrial Engineering activities at the Vietnam site within the assembly area. Definition of investment-relevant work packages, fixtures and systems development (close collaboration with BRP Austria), including the creation of schedules up to acceptance in the respective areas. (coordination and planning)
Establishment of an Assembly Line: Setting up and optimizing a new assembly line for engines and transmissions, including layout planning (support), process definition and implementation.(in close contact and collaboration with headquarters)
Supplier/Vendors Management: Coordination, selection and technical alignment with local and international suppliers for assembly fixtures and machines. Conducting supplier audits and ensuring quality standards. Creation of necessary documentation for conformity within the Vietnamese regulations. Execution of technical benchmark production.
Set-up work and time standard for each station in the assembly area.
Design assembly layout and production flow, ensure optimal flow of materials, products and operations, and avoid redundant movement. (support Austria team)
Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing and standard work development.
Monitor production KPIs and drive initiatives to improve OEE, cycle time, labor productivity and line efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
Join and follow up the Kaizen events, 5S and other lean manufacturing activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare and manage capacity planning and process documentation.
Support cost-reduction and process optimization projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and ergonomic guidelines.
Utilize industrial engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, ERP, MES, ...
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant environment.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency in time study techniques, line balancing and layout design.
Strong know how in assembly methods (Screw drivers, presses)
Basic knowledge on combustions engines (4 Strokes) - as a plus (preferred)
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement
Experience in high-mix, low volume and high-volume assembly
Proficient in AutoCAD, Solidworks, ERP systems and MES. as a plus
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence for collaboration with BRP Austria and local teams tools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Vietnamese is mother tongue
Willingness to travel. (Austria)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate the daily activities of a team of assembly line workers.
Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and safety protocols.
Provide hands-on support and training to team members on processes, tools and quality requirements.
Monitor product quality and immediately address any issues or defects with appropriate actions.
Communication daily goals, priorities and update from management to the team.
Report production data, downtime and any issues to the Production supervisor or Manager.
Encourge teamwork, accountability and positive work environment.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, lean processes and workflow optimization.
Ensure proper use and care of tools, machines and personal protective equipment.
Identify training needs and help onboard new employees.
Promotes health and safety with the team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly environment.
Good understanding of assembly line operations, production processes and quality control system.
Prior experience in a lead or supervisor role.
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP, SAP systems and manufacturing software.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Basic in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and English.
Preferred skills: Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), Kaizen, ISO standards.
