Vị trí Draftsman đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc chuyển đổi ý tưởng thiết kế thành bản vẽ kỹ thuật chi tiết, phục vụ cho quá trình thi công nội thất chính xác và hiệu quả. Người đảm nhận vị trí này là cầu nối giữa đội ngũ thiết kế sáng tạo và đội thi công, đảm bảo tất cả các bản vẽ được triển khai đồng bộ, phù hợp với thực tế và đúng tiến độ.
The Draftsman plays a critical role in transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings that guide precise and efficient interior construction. This position acts as a bridge between the creative design team and the construction team, ensuring that all drawings are coordinated, practical, and delivered on time.
***Responsibilities:
- Triển khai bản vẽ kỹ thuật thi công nội thất (shopdrawing) từ bản thiết kế concept do thiết kế cung cấp.
Develop detailed interior construction drawings (shop drawings) based on the concept design provided by the
designer.
- Diễn họa 2D chi tiết các hạng mục nội thất: mặt bằng, mặt đứng, mặt cắt, chi tiết đồ nội thất, vật liệu hoàn thiện...
Produce 2D drawings of interior items including floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture details, and finishing materials.
- Phối hợp với các bộ môn khác (
kiến trúc, kết cấu, MEP...) để đảm bảo bản vẽ đồng bộ và khả thi thi công.
Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.) to ensure drawings are consistent and technically feasible for construction.
- Kiểm tra, cập nhật, chỉnh sửa bản vẽ theo yêu cầu từ cấp trên.
Review, update, and revise drawings as requested by supervisors.
- Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ bản vẽ đúng quy trình.
Manage and organize drawing files and documentation according to company procedures.
- Hỗ trợ đo vẽ hiện trạng công trình (nếu cần).
Assist with site measurement when required.
