Job Responsibilities
Develop and expand driver partner acquisition markets in assigned areas.
Build training content and materials tailored to driver needs at different stages.
Deliver training activities: conduct online training (via app or social platforms), offline sessions, and related tasks within scope of work (SoW).
Monitor and evaluate team performance: track effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
Report performance: prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for each market.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives (market insights on social channels, competitor updates, driver engagement programs, etc.).
Achieve sales KPIs

Job Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the same field, especially in the ride-hailing/merchant/car/bike
Has the experience in managing an area and team by territory management process
Has the experience in managing the team/sales team (include sales agents)
Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem-solving and decision making
Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task
Willing to be relocated anywhere
