Property Management Executive - in charge of on-site facility management and operations.

Responsible to co-ordinate and oversee all operations. The principal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion on the Shopping Center's floors. Manage the activities of the common area ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition. Reports to Property Manager. Coordinate with all departments.

Key duties:

Responsible for all daily operational aspects of building related to facility management, movement coordination, general building activities, events, supervise of outsource vendors etc.
Ensure the building under smooth, immaculate operations all the times with professional manners following SOPs.
Coordinate services routines and maintenance works performed by internal departments and services providers.
Manage a team of 3 to 5 personnel. Provide supervision, guidance and ongoing training as a leader of Duty team.
Make/revise SOPs of Duty Team
Act as onsite contact among the Management and services providers and other departments.
Actively handle and timely report to PM any problems which may occur.
Promptly and politely respond to all feedbacks, enquiries, complaints and handle them in an efficient and courteous manner.
Handle emergency circumstances in compliance with emergency procedures.
Record all activities during shifts in the Duty Record, check all daily activities, highlight any outstanding; compile the Weekly Report and other relevant record/ report as required by PM.
Maintain all files/ records/ reports systematically.
Ensure all confidential matters are kept under lock and key.
Ensure all building properties are secured and well managed at all times.
Any further tasks necessary for the smooth operations of the building assigned by PM.
Handle all Complaints

Requirements:

University degree of English/ Hospitality/ Tourism.
At least 3 years of experience working at same field.
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English. Good interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented, well organized.
Prefer Male in good health and appearance.
Able to work night shift as assigned by Property Manager
