DX Officer (Hanoi Head Office - 656)

Due to business growth and new upcoming projects, we are in need of recruiting 1 DX Officer position.
+ Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
+ Report to: Team Leader.
+ Job summary: The Officer assists in executing digital transformation projects, supports system expansion to new malls, contributes to operational improvement initiatives, and coordinates project handover activities to ensure successful adoption by newly launched malls.
+ Job Description:
1. Create and deploy digital plans following department yearly plan based on company business plan. (25%)
2. Support SCs in execution new business initiatives and digital transformation projects. (20%)
3. Coordinate and align with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive the successful implementation of projects and initiatives. (20%)
4. Collect, analyze, evaluate the data to support and improve digital plans deployment. (15%)
5. Develop and propose initiatives to increase customer traffic, enhance customer loyalty, support tenant sales, and contribute to overall business growth and profitability. (10%)
6. Other duties assigned by the supervisors. (10%)
